Cookin' Pumkin Bread on Grill

Pumpkin Bread on the grill or open fire
Fall campers like to cook fruit bread. This is an easy way to cook pumpkin bread. Mix the following recipe and pour into an disposable pan. Place the bread into a dutch oven and pour about 1/4 cup of water around the edge of the bread pan. Cover the black dutch oven and cook about 30 minutes. Test for doneness. Cook longer if necessary. Happy fall cooking on the coals or on the grill.
