Choclate Pie On The Grill
While tailgating or grilling during a road rally or rock climb, your fellow grillers will enjoy a chocolate pie made on the grill. The recipe is as follows:
Chocolate Pie on the Grill
3 T. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 t. vanilla flavoring
3 T. butter
1 crust
Use black skillet and melt the butter in the bottom on low coals. Whip eggs with a beater or fork. Mix with cocoa, sugar, milk and flour. Pour into butter and cook on very low heat until the pie thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla flavoring. Beat with whip or fork about a minute or until glossy. Make pour into a purchased crust or serving in pudding cups like custard.
may top with whipped cream or ice cream.

This sounds good< I will have to try it. You may wan to try a dump cake. It is easy and tastes great!
Easy Dump Cake
1- 18.25 oz cake mix
2- 21 oz cans of pie filling of your preference
1- stick of butter
Line dutch oven with foil or dutch oven liner.
Pour in cans of pie filling,
Pour in entire box of cake mix evenly over the filling doll up globs of butter over entire top of cake mix. No stirring or mixing required. Bake as needed about 20 to 40 minutes. Make sure and turn your dutch oven 1/4 turn every 10 minutes to promote even baking.
