Wrap cut hot dogs or mini sausages in cressant rolls and place in the bottom of a buttered dutch oven. Cover and bake slowly about 30 minutes. Yummy! While those are cooking clean some vegetables and set aside. These could be prepared at home and brought to site in a plastic bag. Melt about 2 cups of cheddar chesse with 1/2 evaporated milk in a saucepan or another dutch oven. When ready to serve, dip out suace into cups and allow each person dip his/her veggie stick into it and refill as desired. The mud cake is made by dumping a cake mix into a butter or sprayed aluminum pan. Mix in 1/4 cup of oil and 1 cup of water. Cover with foil and bake slowly about 30-45 minutes. Test for doneness by pressing top and if springs back up: it's done. As soon as done, pour a bag of miniture marshmellows on top. Mix 2 chocolate bars of candy with a can of chocolate frosting. Add 2 T. evaporated milk. When mixed over heat well, pour over the hot cake and marshmellows. Yummy!!!!! Now serve it with Creek water tea or your favorite drink.
