Crock Pot Chicken N Dressing

2 cups chopped chicken or turkey (Grill then chop)

3 cups corn bread crumbs
1 cup flour bread crumbs

1/4 c. chopped onion

1 T. parsley flakes
1 t. salt

1/4 t. pepper

1 T. poultry seasoning

4 eggs

4 cups broth


Mix crumbs, seasoning, onion and parsley with eggs and broth. Add chicken. Mix well. Spray dutch oven pot with non-stick spay or grease well with bacon grease. Pour dressing into pot and cook for 45 minutes. Check for desired doneness. Move away from direct heat if burning around edges.
Take Mom outside for Mother's Day! Make the grilled chicken and dressing. Remind her how much you always enjoyed how she used to make it in the oven when you were at home. Add her favorite salad and dressing. Serve fresh strawberries and whipped topping. Happy grilling on Mother's Day!
